Landlord Legionella Risk Assessment

As a landlord you are required by law to understand the risks associated with legionella and take suitable precautions to assess, prevent or control the risks.

Carrying out a risk assessment is your responsibility. You may be competent to carry out the risk assessment yourself. If not, you must appoint someone competent and can call on us to provide advice and assistance in meeting your responsibilities.
