Absolutely! If you’re a landlord, we’ve got you covered. We can swap the boiler service for a landlord’s gas safety inspection, or if you need both, we can add the inspection to your plan for a small monthly surcharge. It’s a flexible way to keep your property in top shape without the hassle.

Yep! Annual servicing is included in our Service, Heating Cover, and Full Cover plans. So, if you’re signed up for one of those, you can sit back and relax knowing your boiler is getting the attention it needs to run smoothly all year round.

Nope, not a penny! Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t charge any excess when you book an inclusive call-out. If you’re on our Plumbing or Heating Cover plans, call-outs are completely free – no surprise fees, just peace of mind.

Parts aren’t included in our membership plans, and that’s actually a good thing! By leaving parts out, we can keep your monthly payments lower. Plus, it means we can include repairs to parts of your system that other plans might leave out. No hidden catches, just good value.

Absolutely! You’re in control here. You can choose the date that works best for you, so your direct debit fits around your schedule without any headaches.

Each membership lasts for 12 months. We’ll get in touch a month before it’s due for renewal to let you know it’ll auto-renew for another year. If you don’t want to renew, just let us know, and we’ll cancel it for you – no cancellation fees, no fuss.
